You have been sent a calendar file with Zoom link to add the event to your diary; please make sure you have logged this. We ask that you aim to arrive a couple of minutes early, at which point you will be placed in the waiting room. The discussion will start at the advertised time; please let us know if you are running late.
THE DISCUSSION
The facilitator will lead and manage the conversation, which has three segments to it:
Live Polling & Commentary (15 minutes)
We kick off with a poll question for you to answer
Breakout Discussion (30 minutes)
You will consider a stimulus question and form a question for the panel
Panel Session (30 minutes)
Questions are posed, opinions given, and knowledge exchanged
You should feel free to contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing. The conversation takes place under the Chatham House Rule, so please be as open as you can be. We will finish at the advertised time.
IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT
Guest lists are carefully put together and cancellations can affect that balance. If anything looks likely to derail your plans, it will help greatly if you can identify a suitable substitute from within your organisation and let us know about the change. For last-minute changes, we appreciate that work and personal emergencies happen: please try your best to let us know as soon as you can.
